Toye Wheeler, owner & financial professional, and Marques Wheeler, consultant & financial professional, developed the idea of a tax and accounting firm that works persistently to understand the current and ever evolving tax code. The goal is to explain it to the client so they are in position to make informed decisions about their finances, and the aim is to do this all with professionalism and hospitality. It’s just what they do.

Toye Wheeler has her B.A. in Liberal Arts and her M.A. in Teaching English- both from Clayton State University, and she is currently testing to become an Enrolled Agent. She has over ten years experience in tax preparation and planning and has taught at over three colleges and universities.  Toye is also currently enrolled in a PhD. program at Liberty University.  Additionally, Toye is a Notary Signing Agent.

Marques Wheeler has his A.A. in Accounting, B.A. in Finance, and his M.B.A all from Strayer University. Additionally, he is a proud military veteran. Marques is currently testing to become an Enrolled Agent, and  he has advised and served clients for over ten years as an independent contractor for WT&A.
